Wednesday Wisdom: Stop 🛑
Can you consistently lose weight, week-in, week-out? Yes. How realistic is it to expect linear weight-loss every single week? Not very. Why? Some weeks you go into super-nutrition-unstoppable-warrior-lazer focused-mode; you nail your food prep, don’t step out of line on your macros and train harder than You ever have. 💪🏻💪🏻 Other weeks, it’s been raining non-stop in TN outside, you don’t want to leave your house and you want to eat everything in sight because you’re literally trapped in the rainy land of TN. My point? You are not a robot. When you’re on - celebrate that success and keep on keeping on, it’s these weeks where you can really shine and get the progress you want & deserve. But STOP beating yourself up if you’ve had a tougher week and things haven’t moved much; in the long term (providing you get back on it when you’re ready) it won’t make a much of a difference. Truth? One bad week does not ruin or completely derail your progress. Keep calm & carry on. Why? Because Healthy looks good on everyone, including YOU! Stay grateful. Stay humble. Stay in the mode of always becoming the best YOU! STOP self-condemning, it serves only the purpose to destroy you a little piece at a time! The best is yet to come!
