Monday Munchies: Super Easy Herbed Keto Bread Yep I Made Some!


Okay so I have never made Keto Bread. I've tried a couple of recipes in the past of low carb/no carb bread and they were awful.

This was THE BOMB.COM!

Super easy

And super yum!

  • 2.5 cups almond flour

  • 1/4 cup coconut flour

  • 1/2 cup butter

  • 8 oz cream cheese

  • 8 whole eggs (set out at room temperature)

  • 1 tsp Rosemary seasoning

  • 1 tsp Sage seasoning

  • 2 tbs Parsley seasoning

  • 1.5 tsp baking powder

I mixed the butter and cream cheese first and then all of the herbs (but you can leave these out as well or get creative!)

Then I added the eggs and I mixed until it was smooth. then I added the Flours and the baking powder

I poured it into a greased 5x9" loaf pan and baked it at 350 for an hour. The directions said to put a knife in center and make sure it comes out clean.

This was super easy. I tried it with some garlic lemon butter that I whipped up. Very bread like! and Very Very yum!

Hope you like it! I mapped out nutrition at about 18 slices. But it's very filling and at the same time light. If you had this with a salad, oh yum! Definitely filled a bread craving for me! You could probably easily get 24 slices out of it. It slices super easy!
