Be honest... where are you actually?

Hey Diva,

We are officially past the halfway point of 2026.

I want you to pause for a second and answer one uncomfortable question:

Where are you right now compared to where you were on January 1st?

Not where you planned to be. Not where you thought you’d be by now.

Where are you actually?

Because your body has been keeping track, even if you’ve been avoiding the numbers. Your energy knows. Your clothes know. Your strength knows. And that little voice in your head that keeps saying, “I’ll get back on track Monday” definitely knows.

This isn’t about beating yourself up. Shame has never built a strong body or a healthy life. This is about getting clear so we can actually move forward.

Take five minutes today and answer these:

  • What did you weigh on Jan 1, and what do you weigh now?

  • How consistent have you been with your food (1–10)?

  • How consistent have you been with your workouts (1–10)?

  • What are 3 things you know need to change?

  • What are 5 things you are genuinely proud of?

Please don’t skip that last one. Maybe the scale hasn't moved yet, but you started lifting. Maybe you’re still struggling with the 4 PM pantry raids, but you stopped skipping breakfast. That matters.

But here is the truth...

If your current habits stay exactly the same, your results will stay the same too.

Not because you’re broken. Not because menopause ruined everything. It’s usually because the plan you’re trying to follow doesn’t fit the life you actually have right now.

A woman managing work, kids, grandkids, aging parents, and a household does not need a trainer screaming “No excuses.”

She needs a strategy. She needs to know how to eat without starving. She needs workouts that build muscle without taking over her life. She needs someone to look at the big picture and say, “Okay... here is what we adjust next.”

That is what we do inside EmpowerD Coaching. We don’t chase perfection — we build a plan around your real life, and we keep adjusting until your body starts responding again.

There are still months left in 2026. That is plenty of time to lose fat, rebuild strength, and stop starting over every single Monday.

But only if something changes.

If you’re ready to stop guessing and create a plan for the woman you are today, reply READY to this email or apply to work with me HERE

Let’s make the second half of this year look very different from the first.

— Coach D

Strong. Not Starving.

P.S. A comeback doesn't require a perfect first half. It just requires a decision that the rest of the year won't look the same. 💜
