These 12 things are in my grocery cart every single week 🛒

Grocery shopping selection of healthy food staples for protein and balanced meals.

Hey Diva,

Can I let you in on a little secret?

I don't spend hours wandering around the grocery store trying to figure out what to buy. I don’t have the time, and honestly, neither do you.

In fact... there are 12 foods that are in my grocery cart almost every single week.

Not because I’m "on a diet." And definitely not because I eat the same boring meals every day.

It’s because these 12 foods make it ridiculously easy to hit my protein, build balanced meals, and stay on track... even when life gets chaotic.

One of the biggest mistakes I see women over 40 make is this: They shop based on recipes.

I shop based on building blocks.

If I have lean protein, fruit, vegetables, healthy carbs, and a few go-to staples in my house... I can throw together a meal in five minutes.

That means I’m not standing in front of the pantry at 8:30 at night wondering what to eat. I’m not ordering takeout because "there’s nothing in the house." And I’m definitely not waiting until Monday to "start over."

Here is the truth, Diva... Fat loss doesn’t begin when you decide what to eat. It begins when you decide what to buy.

That’s why I put together my Coach D Grocery Guide with the 12 staples I always keep on hand. These are the foods that help me—and my clients—eat enough protein, stay full longer, and stop overthinking every single meal.

If you want a copy of my list...

P.S. You don’t need a cart full of "diet food." You need a cart that makes healthy eating the easy choice. Reply GROCERY and I'll show you mine.
