When Did You Stop Fighting for Yourself?

There’s a quiet kind of heartbreak that happens when a woman stops fighting for herself.
Not all at once.
Not in a dramatic breakdown.
But slowly.
Subtly.
Through years of putting everyone else first.
You fight for your kids.
You fight for your marriage.
You fight for your job.
You show up, give your energy, hold it all together—even when you’re unraveling inside.
And somewhere along the way, you stopped fighting for you.
You stopped pushing for your goals. You stopped caring how strong you felt. You stopped believing you were worth prioritizing.
Not because you’re lazy.
Not because you don’t care.
But because it was easier to survive than to show up for yourself in the same way you show up for everyone else.

I know.
Because I’ve done it too.
I’ve looked in the mirror and thought,“Where did she go?”
I’ve put off workouts, binged on busyness, and told myself,“I’ll come back to me later.”
But let me tell you something—with love and fire:
Later is costing you everything you say you want.
You don’t need to wait until your calendar clears.
You don’t need to wait until you "feel motivated.
"You don’t need to hit some imaginary rock bottom.
You just need to start fighting for yourself again.
Fighting for energy.
Fighting for strength.
Fighting to feel damn good in your skin again.
Not with extremes.
Not with shame.
But with structure, support, and a plan that finally works for your life.

That’s exactly what I created in the Grill, Chill & Kill It Challenge.
And it’s what I build every day with my 1:1 coaching clients who are DONE waiting.
So if this post hit you in the gut—good.
That means something in you is ready to rise.
